Welcome to Blueline Auto Hub (trading as Tyres Warehouse). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us.

1. Interpretation

In these conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Company" refers to Blueline Auto Hub / Tyres Warehouse.
• "Customer" refers to the person or entity purchasing goods or services.
• "Goods" refers to tyres and other automotive products sold on this site.
• "Fitting" refers to the professional installation service booked via this site.

2. Basis of Sale

By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase Goods and Services subject to these terms. A contract is only formed when we send an Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway.

4. Delivery and Fitting

4.1 Mail Order Service

Goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

4.2 Fully Fitted Service

If you select our fitting service, your tyres will be delivered directly to the selected fitting center. You must arrive at the scheduled time. Failure to attend may result in additional charges or cancellation fees.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This does not apply to goods that have been fitted or used.

To request a return, please contact Info@tyreswarehouse.co.uk. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition.

6. Warranty and Liability

All tyres are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover accidental damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability for any loss or damage is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Goods you purchased.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, or failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
